• In no event will Arabian Oud be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.
• You agree to reimburse Arabian Oud for any improper, unauthorized or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Site, services or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether or not you authorized such access
• Arabian Oud reserves the right to refuse or cancel any person’s registration for this Site, remove any person from this Site and prohibit any person from using this Site for if you provide any information that Arabian Oud determines, in its sole discretion, to be untrue, inaccurate, and to limit or terminate your access to or use of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Purchases

• Order Processing

Arabian Oud may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Arabian Oud deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Arabian Oud also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Arabian Oud will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Pay Cash on Delivery service is only available inside UAE.

If you download any content from this Site, you do so at your own discretion and risk. 6. Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or send emails to Arabian Oud, you are communicating with Arabian Oud electronically. You consent to receive electronically any communications related to your use of this Site. Arabian Oud will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

7. Buyer Protection

If a buyer has purchased an item and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the buyer shouldn’t receive or accept the package and then inform Arabian Oud within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item and Arabian Oud will investigate the matter.

Buyers should double check their purchases before receiving them and make sure that it’s in an excellent condition and matches their order.

All purchases will be shipped and delivered through the known shipping companies within 2 to 8 business days for UAE, and may take longer to shipping outside UAE which varies from country to another. You can track your shipment through the shipping company’s website.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and Service constitute the entire agreement of between you and Arabian Oud regarding the specific matters herein, and all prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding the matters herein are superseded and merged into these Terms of Use and Service.

10. General

If any clause of this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this User Agreement. This User Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement) sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Arabian Oud with respect to the subject matter hereof.

No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this User Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
