• How can I place an order at Arabian Oud?

• If you have already made up your mind and want to purchase one of our products, then you can easily purchase it in a few clicks.
• Go to your product’s page and click on “Add to Cart”, where you will be redirected to your cart and you will have the choice to whether “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.
• If you are a new customer, then you should register first with your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Already registered" and sign in first using your email and password.
• Choose your desired payment method, confirm the order, and click on checkout. Stay relaxed and we will take care of the rest!

• How do I register?

• Click on the Sign Up link at the top right of the page.
• Please complete all fields marked with * accurately. Click on Submit.
• Congratulations! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!

• What if I forgot my password?

• It is easy to reset your password. Please go to the Arabian Oud website, click “Log In” and click “Forgot Password.” Type your email address then click “Submit.” An automatic password reset will be sent to your email address.

• I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

• At Arabian Oud, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within two business days. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through Contact Us and we will take care of everything!
• However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point, your next best option is to return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it.

• What Kind of payment methods do you accept?

• Credit Cards
At Arabian Oud, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.

• Cash on Delivery
For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that this service is only available for orders within UAE.

• Is your Arabian Oud’s website trusted for online payments?

• We use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us and ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party. • My credit card details were rejected! What can I do?

• If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the Cash on Delivery option. We recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.

• How can I search for a product at Arabian Oud?

• Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar on the top right of the page, and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar on the left that appears with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further choose category, event and price as more specific search criteria.

• The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

• Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

• How can I provide feedback for the product I purchased?

• We always welcome all kinds of feedback on all our products. Just fill in the “Product Review” tab under the corresponding product or you can contact us and we will get back to you right away.

Delivery

• Where do you deliver to?

• We will deliver your purchase item anywhere around the world through our shipping partner, Tawzea. Items purchased will be delivered right to your doorstep whether at your home or in the office. Please note that shipping rates vary from one country to another depending on the product’s weight and the country it is being shipped.

• How much does it cost for delivery?

• How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

• Most Arabian Oud customers in UAE receive their orders within 2-6 working days of placing them. However, if you are outside UAE, then it might take a little longer for you to receive your product. You can always track your order to check its latest shipping status.

• How can I track my order?
